Membership applications are available at the MTHS office, the Weyenberg Library in Mequon, by emailing us at mthistory1839@gmail.com, or via the button below. To apply directly, please tap the button below to print your application form. Send your name, address, telephone number and email address along with a check made out to Mequon-Thiensville Historical Society to 216 Green Bay Rd., Suite 102 Thiensville, WI 53092. If you are giving a gift, please include the name and address of the recipient as well as your own information.
